PAPI (Pen and Paper) Interview consists in applying a questionnaire by an interview operator while all the answers are written down. The Interview is conducted „face to face" at the home of the respondents (chosen through various methods of sampling adapted to the specific research) or in commercial spaces, public institutions (supermarkets/ hypermarkets, medical clinics, medical labs etc.)

Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) consists in administering the questionnaire by an interview operator on a notebook. This data collection method replaces partially or totally the traditional method (PAPI). Practically, while in case of PAPI the answers are recorded by the operators on paper, for CAPI all answers are entered directly on the computer.

Computer assisted telephone interview (CATI) consists in administering the questionnaire displayed on the monitor by an interview operator. This allows for a more efficient data management (data entered are complete and safe, filtering is automatic, data is available instantly etc).

Computer Aided Web Interviewing (CAWI) the respondent completes the questionnaire by himself. This appears in the browser as a web-page. The answers for the questionnaire get immediately to the main server so the data collection and the results can be tracked continuously. Even multimedia materials (pictures, audio or video files) can be integrated into the questionnaire. 

Computer assisted self interview (CASI) the respondent completes the questionnaire by himself directly on the notebook, while the operator is available for support.

The advantage of this method is the guarantee of the anonymity for delicate answers. CASI allows for a more efficient data management (data entered are complete and safe, filtering is automatic, data is available instantly, answers remain anonymous etc).

Repeated interviews (panel studies) involve the administration of a questionnaire on the same sample at various time intervals in order to record the changes of opinions from a moment to another.

Interviews with experts (managers, physicians etc.).

For business to business (B2B) type studies we conduct interviews with managers at their workplace, for medical and pharmaceutical studies we conduct interviews with doctors in their offices, by prior telephone schedule of the meeting.
